Job security - A parasitic approach

Job security - A parasitic approach

.......I really feel pity on those employees who always bury their valuable time in worrying about their job security. Cases of job seekers are also not different. Most of them are in search of ‘secured jobs’. Unfortunately, they don’t realize the truth about themselves that they are just ‘shelter seekers’ and not ‘skill sellers’. In fact, there are two types of employees- ‘shelter seekers’ and ‘skill sellers’.

For shelter seekers, the term JOB means, merely Joining in Other’s Business. Since average people are more self- absorbed it would be difficult for them to contribute more to Other’s Business. Even though, they have short terms goals and don’t believe in their own capabilities they still take up their jobs and finally they become a liability to their organization than an asset.

Skill sellers are confident in their abilities and they try to realize their passion at each moment of their work. They hate repetition and prefer innovation. They value their talents more than their employers and those who value themselves better become indispensable to the organization...........

Skill no matters…. will matters.

Skill no matters…. will matters.

…….  It is not the location or nature of the land deciding the possibility of a garden in it but the passion and determination of the person in possession. It is up to the individual whether it is used for a stinking garbage yard or fragrant garden.

Hesitation to initiate innovative ideas invite mediocrity or sometime below that. The failure is not due to lack of opportunities but our unwillingness to explore the same. It is very easy to lament on shortages but what we do to curb the same, makes the difference…….

Association

                                                        Association

……..When it comes to the case of associations, the principle of induction is applicable to human life as well. Induction principle says that, a charged body can energize nearby substances provided the substance must be suitable enough to accommodate the charge in it or allow free flow of the same through it.

We are surrounded by people with positive and negative attitude. Their associations can play key roles in deciding our destiny. It can make or break our future. Our passion and vision is reflected in our association.

There are many around us who repent on their wrong selection and choices. Most of them consider their options as ‘the cause of their mediocrity’. In fact, they have no room to blame others because, those choices were never an accident. The person might not have seen or may have intentionally ignored many yellow alerts.

Like any other charges, association become possible only when someone permits it or allows free dominance……….

Be Empathetic Than Being Sympathetic

Being sympathetic to others is always a virtuous quality and it is essential too. But unfortunately, many among us believe that their sympathy alone is more than enough to support people in trouble. Such approach is nothing but an emotion without action. Emotion without action produce no result other than tears.

Being sympathetic is easy because it demands less effort or no investment. It is very easy to be sympathetic on other’s account.

One of the major differences between the true leaders and others is, leaders tend to be more empathetic than sympathetic. They wipe the tears rather than waiting for it to dry. They never waste their time in re-inventing the reasons. They consider alternatives and solutions than getting victimised. They profess possibilities than adversities. They comply more and complain less.

Sympathisers die along with the victims and empathetic actioners become leaders and part of history.

Being on Time

Being on time

Being on time, matters a lot. Whether it is success or failure, both are decided by how we utilize our time. Time plays a key role in every body’s life but many are unaware of its importance.

Being on time attracts respect, it uncovers opportunities and it is the beginning of every success. When commitments are adhered on time it allures respect. Being on time will help us in getting noticed. Whether it is a mission or organization, an individual with punctuality will be considered than people with tardiness. Research roles are hardly assigned to the persons who don’t respect time. How someone can invest confidently on people with tardiness. Surely, they will ditch the mission. Of course, punctuality is a rare quality.

Whether it is a mission or relationship, timely action matters a lot.  People do fail in their attempt mainly due to three reasons, not taking an action, by taking a wrong action or by taking a delayed action.
If we analyse closely all the above three situations are pointing towards time management only. ie by not taking an action on time, by taking an action which was not suitable for that time or an action at a later stage.Behind every success there is a great deal of time management and remember People are not only paid for their ability but also for their time.

Dare To Take Rare Decisions

Dare to take rare decisions: -

“Rare decisions come   from true leaders only”. Taking right decision is not everybody’s business. It requires boldness and courage. One of the major differences between true leaders and others is, true leaders take and promote more ethical decisions than democratic decisions.
What makes someone a true leader? it is nothing but their courage to standalone. courage to detach from the comfort zones, courage to face the adversities and courage to dissociate from bad associations.

Certain decisions may be unpleasant to many, because they are more sympathetic. Empathetic decisions can’t be so soothing now but in long run such decisions sustain.

Avoid taking common decisions because common decisions make the people more followers than leaders.
In long run, decisions without innovation fetch no result other than rejection.
