Parents, teachers, priest, or a leader must persuade others to dream high. Giving a dream to others is the visible evidence of possessing dreams. As discussed earlier, what we have within us only can be shared with others. It is obvious that anyone who allured our attention might have triggered some positive dreams or shared some failure stories to us and such influences might have affected us either way. The leaders who fail to give dreams to their followers will hardly be successful.

The success level of every leadership is decided by the size

of the dreams they share within the team.

Unlike animals, human beings are always in search of changes in their life. Their unending quest for changes only made them to transform themselves from the stone aged primitive man to the modern one. It is a long journey. Any relationships, system or philosophy that reduces the speed of that journey will attract rejections soon.

No relation can be memorable and long lasting until it

has a mix of dreams in it.

The dreams are like lanterns on the route to success. They kindle our route with enthusiasm. They make us believe in possibilities even in adversities.

Cabe señalar que la mayoría de los proyectos exitosos en este mundo se iniciaron con un capital financiero nulo o bajo. No niego la necesidad de al menos un respaldo mínimo financiero para empezar algo. Pero el capital financiero por sí solo nunca garantizará el progreso y el éxito de cualquier negocio. Esto requiere muchos otros ingredientes también para mantener su continuidad.

El emprendimiento  es una mezcla de liderazgo y coraje

               

En mi opinión, el espíritu empresarial es un sentimiento irreprimible que hace que el verdadero empresario se desvele. Los hace inquietos hasta que inician su proyecto de ensueño. No ven las adversidades en ninguna parte, sino las posibilidades en todas partes. Cualquier sugerencia o consejo negativo será refutado por ellos para siempre.

Exceptuando la muerte, nada puede impedir que inicien algo. Para ellos, el espíritu empresarial y la libertad son una misma cosa.

Con o sin conocimiento, convierten cada aspecto de sus habilidades y talentos en un capital para su negocio. No se preocupan mucho por su capital financiero. Ellos nunca dudan en pedir apoyo. Ellos creen con todo el corazón en las posibilidades. Antes de acercarse a alguien para algo, creen en tres posibilidades.

Dado que dos de las tres posibilidades son de naturaleza positiva, para ellos cada petición que presentan es el comienzo de las posibilidades. Los rechazos nunca los hacen desmayar ni decepcionar. Tienen muchas razones para creer en sus intentos. Creen firmemente que,

Nadie considera algo para un futuro rechazo, sino para la aceptación.

Hay muchos a nuestro alrededor que están dispuestos a guiarnos, capacitarnos y apoyarnos, pero la única condición es que debemos estar dispuestos a buscar esas fuentes.

                         Beliefs

                           One should believe in the  accomplishment of their dreams. Beliefs have a direct influence in fulfilling our dreams. Our belief can move even mountains. When we believe in something very strongly, we create an image of anticipated accomplishment in our mind. Continuous belief will make the subconscious mind to record and accept that image. Further actions will be controlled by the subconscious mind accordingly, so that the recorded image is realized. While we believe, our focus will be on our belief. While we focus on something, we don’t see objections, and the more we believe the more possibilities we see, even in adversities.

People become desperate when the expected results are delayed or denied. In fact, such denials are not real denial but extended delays only. Such delay in results may weaken their beliefs. One need not be worried about delayed results because behind every birth, there is a gestation period. We must respect and allow for that gestation period.

                                Longer the gestation period, stronger the child.

Muchos no son conscientes de la importancia de los sueños en su vida. Para la mayoría, los sueños son algo que los visita mientras duermen sin ningún propósito. Pero para los buscadores del éxito las cosas son diferentes.

Para ellos, los sueños son algo que no les permitirá dormir hasta que lo logren.

Debo decirle que la influencia de los sueños es enorme. Es interesante resaltar que, la mayoría de las comodidades y beneficios que disfrutamos hoy en día, son el producto de los sueños de algunos individuos o grupo de personas.

¿Alguna vez ha pensado, de dónde se originó la gran industria de la aviación? Se originó a partir de un sueño simple pero grande de alguien de volar.

El arraigado sueño de alguien, de volar alto, hizo a la industria de la aviación de hoy en día una realidad. Ha iniciado misiones espaciales, ha ayudado a los humanos a alcanzar la Luna y podría cambiar el futuro del mundo mismo.

El caso de la industria de las telecomunicaciones tampoco es diferente.

Nuestros sueños desempeñan un papel clave para hacernos tener éxito en nuestra vida. Hacen que la gente sea  proactiva, dedicada, sincera e innovadora.

Los sueños despiertan pensamientos, los pensamientos incitan planes, los planes demandan acciones y las acciones correctas traen éxito.

Many are unaware of the importance of dreams in their life. For most, dreams are something which visits them during their sleep without any purpose. But for success seekers things are different.

For them, dreams are something which won’t allow them to sleep till they accomplish the same. I must tell you, the influence of dreams is enormous. It is interesting to note that, the majority of the comforts and conveniences we avail today is the product of the dreams of some individuals or group of people.

Human life is like an iron plate. Rust accumulation on it is quite natural. If we don’t remove the rust regularly, the rust will convert the iron plate into mere flakes and even the scrap sellers won’t accept them thereafter. Many people argue earnestly that their life is their own and their decisions or actions are in no way going to affect others. In fact, man being a social animal, our dreams, thinking, and actions can directly or indirectly influence others.Remember, being a responsible parent or a decision maker, your decisions are vital and it can influence lot around you. Being a decision maker, your demerits than merits can affect the organization.

                                    
                                                Dear friends, believe me, you are not different from a lighthouse which acts as a redeeming light and navigational aid for many minor and major vessels. But forget not, a lighthouse without its light, can only serve as a shelter for roving pigeons or pose a threat to low flying aircraft. keep in mind that, Person incapable of taking right decisions are not different from such abandoned lighthouses. Remember, you are being looked up to by many because they consider you, as their Ladder, Leader, and lantern. Average people do try to escape from their responsibilities. The people who are incapable of taking right decisions or who try to escape from their responsibilities are exploiters and megalomaniacs and they fetch nothing other than disgrace to their organization and society.
 
They are never going to be an asset to the organization but liabilities. Let your leadership skills be polished to convert yourself from a liability to an asset and you become indispensable to anyone who associates with you. Forget not to update yourself so that you won’t be outdated.
